No sooner had I ordered the item, then I received an email saying it was out of stock. A bit disappointing, but it came back in stock in a reasonable amount of time. Dermwarehouse was excellent with their correspondence.
However, the item I ordered (liquid) leaked during shipping. That was very disappointing.
I love Dermwarehouse! My subscriptions are easily managed, you always have my most hard-to-find products, and I’m always pleasantly surprised by the gift samples you tuck into my box. Thank you dermwarehouse!

This is my fourth time shopping with Dermwarehouse and they continue to provide exceptional service. Shipping has always been very quick and I've never had any issues with my orders or products! They are my go-to for certain brands, so I will definitely shop here again!
The product was a great price and I received it quickly
I'm 63 and started losing my hair. A friend tried Retress and told me to give it a try. I use the shampoo and conditioner and I don't think I'll ever go back to store brand shampoos. I'd LOVE to see you sell them as a combo, but until then, I'll buy them separately. I love it so much I did subscribe to your "club" to get a nice discount. I like that you can pause or cancel at anytime. Thank you. I'm very very glad I found Retress at Dermwarehouse.
I was looking for vitamin k cream and found several options at Dermwarehouse. Item received in just a couple of days. I am very happy with product.
Don’t know what happened, I bought some cleanser and sun block on the 14 of February for 97.40 , and you sent me a few dollars back for sale, 4.88. Which I can’t figure that out, because you just sent me the same thing on February 26 , for 67.60 . On which I didn’t order because I just ordered it twelve days before . Not sure what happened. For one it’s way to high for the 14 order , and never ordered the 26 order. What happened?
